Request a quote for silencer kit via website and got no response. So I went into shop, where the owner ran off in the middle of the conversation when someone came in to buy a piano (the 2nd time this has happened). His assistant put it in the 'book' to quote me and I'm still waiting weeks later for the quote promised. Added note: I'll give him credit that he phoned up and apologized.
Lots of great pianos all lovely polished and tuned
Great service. We were late to pick the piano up and the shop had closed early for Christmas. We rang and the owners came back to open up to us. Advice has been first class.
