It was genuinely the worst decision of my life to ever purchase a car from here and I regret it every day. As a 20 year old at university, I didn't have much money. I spent over half of my life savings on a 3,500 Golf from here, the day after it passed it's MOT, thinking it would be a stable car that would last. I was thinking that this car would hold it's value and I could keep it for the future until it broke down the day I bought it! It had continuous problems and I eventually had to sell it for 800 to another dealer. Phil, from Hazlemere Motor Company kept on telling me that it wasn't his concern as he's a private dealer and now it was my responsibility to deal with. I proposed he bought it back for 1200, a third of what he conned me for it!! He said it was "too dear as a trader". Honestly, I really must advise that people do not use this company as he screwed one cash-tight 20 year old out of almost 3 grand and didn't batter an eyelid. Please refrain from using him.
I bought a Honda Civic from the company about 6 months ago. I wanted to wait to see how the car worked before writing a review. I bought if for a great price and has worked flawlessly so far. The company were very friendly and professional. Highly recommended would definitely buy another car from them. Thank you
